After graduating from the University of Connecticut in 1997, Dr. Alberico J. Sessa earned his medical degree from the Louisiana State University in 2000. He then served his internship in General Surgery, and afterward completed his residency in Maxillofacial Surgery at the Louisiana State University, New Orleans graduating in 2003.

Following residency, Dr. Sessa completed a Facial & Full Body Cosmetic Surgery fellowship accredited by the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery in Salt Lake City, Utah. This fellowship allowed Dr. Sessa to exclusively and intensively train in cosmetic surgery, where he participated in more than 700 facial and body cosmetic procedures with board certified cosmetic and plastic surgeons.Dr. Sessa has been trained in all aspects of cosmetic surgery, including minimal incision face and breast surgery with endoscopy including transaxiallary (through the underarm) breast augmentation.
